Healthy dessert recipe alert! Quick, no bake, gluten free, vegan, refined sugar free and even my kids like it. 🙃
In a food processor blend:
- 1 can cooked chickpeas
- 1 cup gf oats
- 1 cup almonds
- 1/2 cup desiccated coconut (unsweetened)
- 2 heaped tbsp cacao powder
- 1 cup dates
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- Press the mixture evenly out in a silicone pan or line a baking pan with clingfilm
- For the chocolate top mix:
- 1/2 cup melted coconut oil
- 1/2 cup cacao
- 1/2 cup maple syrup

Pour the chocolate mix on your base and let it set or place in the freezer for 10 minutes
